This session invites you to work with your voice as both medicine and mirror - an ancient, intuitive tool for nervous system regulation, self-expression, and reclaiming your truth.
Siobhán brings over a decade of experience walking alongside women through birth, grief, and transformation. As a shamanic craftswoman, she weaves sound, story, and ceremony to support deep reconnection with self, body, and ancestry.
Her work sits at the intersection of the sacred and the practical—helping you remember what your body already knows.
This workshop is an invitation to meet your voice not as something ornamental, but as something primordial - a direct line to your inner world. You’ll be guided through vocal practices that support vagus nerve activation, co-regulation, and emotional processing. This is powerful work for those navigating trauma, stress, or chronic disconnection from the body.
In this workshop, you’ll explore the landscapes of your inner voice:
Use sound, vibration, and breath to access deeper states of calm and presence
Gentle invitation to speak up and sound out from a place of safety
Practice vocal toning and gentle sounding to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system
Creative play with tone and rhythm as a form of vocal stimming and self-soothing
Craft a personal mantra - anchored in your own voice - that acts as an NLP-style emotional cue, reconnecting you to the states, sensations and truths of the retreat
Your voice becomes a sacred tether. A vocal stim. A spiritual and neurological anchor. This is not about “sounding good.” It’s about sounding true.

Riverlea Farmhouse Escape in Seymour, Victoria — a stunning, private property with garden surrounds, a pool, and beautiful indoor/outdoor spaces perfect for movement, connection, and rest.

Saturday runs from 9:30am to 5:30pm for all attendees.
For those staying overnight (Extended Experience), the retreat includes Saturday night accommodation and continues through Sunday afternoon. Early arrival Friday is available by request (no food included that evening). -
All tickets include access to the full retreat experience on Day 1 - including movement, workshops, meals, rituals, and community connection.
Extended Experience tickets include everything in General Admission plus:
Overnight accommodation on-site in beautiful shared rooms
An intimate second day of the retreat
Breakfast and a closing integration session on Day 2
The Extended Experience is a chance to go deeper, stay longer, and wake up in community - without rushing back to real life. There are only 6 spots available, and they’re designed to feel spacious and sacred.

Yes — one night of shared boutique accommodation (Saturday) is included in the Extended Experience ticket. You can request to arrive Friday evening if needed, subject to availability.

The overnight stay (available only to those who purchase the Extended Experience) is hosted in a private, peaceful country retreat with two buildings.
We’ve intentionally designed the sleeping arrangements to prioritise comfort and privacy, whilst acknowleding this isn’t a luxury villa with lots of bedrooms:
All beds are solo occupancy - no one is expected to share a bed.
You’ll be assigned your own bed in a shared room with one other women.
Beds include a mix of queen, double, and king single options.
There are bunk beds, however we don’t allocate top bunks unless you specifically choose that.
There is only 1 bedroom in the accomodation that is private and this will be a first come, first choice situation.
If you have any accessibility needs or strong preferences around sleeping spaces, you’ll have a chance to let us know after booking and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

You won’t be the only one! This retreat is intentionally built for connection — with gentle, inclusive structures that help you ease in without pressure. Most women come solo, and leave with new sisters.

Totally valid question, and the answer is yes. This isn’t a bootcamp. There’s no yelling, no competition, no expectations. All movement is inclusive, adaptive, and trauma-informed - designed to meet you exactly where you are. We are running through movement patterns and meeting our limitations with compassion. Whether you’re new to movement or returning after time off, you’ll be supported the entire way.

A water bottle, comfortable clothes you can move and relax in, workout clothes, a towel, swimwear if you’d like to use the pool, and a journal. If you’re staying overnight, bring sleepwear and any personal items you need.

Come as you are. Think comfortable, stretchy, layered. It’s Victorian countryside in the spring time so there are no guarentees.
I reccomend a good pair of blunnies or a solid boot for getting about on a grassy paddock.
There’s movement, circle work, and rest - so whatever feels grounding and like you is perfect.
You’ll also need workout clothes and shoes plus a towel for movement sessions and swimmers if you want to jump in the pool.

Yes — select elements of the retreat will be recorded for marketing purposes (think: group shots, movement sessions, vibe captures, testimonials). This is our first retreat and we'd love your support in helping us show the magic. That said: sacred spaces, emotional processing, and private sharing will never be recorded intentionally. If something sensitive is accidentally captured, it will not be shared online — ever.

Yes! Once you’ve confirmed, you’ll be invited into a private space within the Long Game App. You’ll find everything you need: maps, travel info, packing guides, forms to fill out, and a community forum to say hi, ask questions, and start easing into the experience.

It starts early (6:00am) and has been intentionally designed as a quieter, more intimate continuation of the experience - the kind that only makes sense when you’ve had a full night on-site, together to land, process, and soften.

Hey, I’m Bec — trauma-informed coach, feminist trainer, AuDHDer, HBIC and founder of The Long Game, and the woman behind this retreat.
I’ve spent the last decade supporting women through trauma recovery, nervous system reconnection, and breaking the hell away from hustle culture, diet culture, and anything else that’s told us we need to shrink to be worthy.
I’m trained in all aspects of PT, strength and conditioning, NLP, and social work - but what people remember most is how they feel in the room with me: safe, seen, and gently called the fuck forward.
I’m not here to fix you.
I’m here to help you come home to yourself -with less shame, more strength, and a whole lot of softness.
This retreat brings together everything I’ve ever wanted to give women in one space: movement that meets your body, mindset that honours your brain, and community that doesn’t ask you to perform.
