If you’re not in it for The Long Game
you have no idea how good it can get.
The Long Game is…
For the woman who’s hit her ‘fuck it, things need to change’ moment in her body but doesn’t know WTAF to do next.
For the millennial mum who doesn’t need another ninny telling her to do it for her kids. Or for her family. STFU—she’s here to do it for her.
For the neurodivergent woman who has finally realised that neurotypical advice is literally bad for her health. Who’s spent years trying to follow routines that never stuck, drowning in all-or-nothing thinking, shaming herself for ‘laziness’ when she was actually burnt out.
For every one of us who’s exhausted from being told to just ‘be more disciplined’ when the problem was never a lack of willpower, but a lack of support that actually works for her brain.
For any woman who wants to get fuck-the-patriarchy strong and do it in style with other fitness-loving feminists here to make the world more radical, more beautiful, and safer for everyone.
This is a group coaching program with a health and fitness focus.
A commitment to learning how to make the change you’ve always struggled to make, to live the life you’ve always wanted to live, and feel the way you’ve always wanted to feel, in your beautiful body.
Without killing yourself with 2 x workouts a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year—yuck.
Without giving up on the things that make life so damn tasty—hello, chocolate anyone?
Without sacrificing your sanity or your social life—say yes to the invite, babe.
Memories over macros.
Where you can learn about how to increase your physical strength through gym-based workouts, safely, and with an educated and experienced coach who understands executive dysfunction, sensory issues, and why rigid workout plans just don’t work for some brains.
Where you can educate yourself around what foods you need to fuel your body, and (if it’s for you) lose weight in a sustainable way, keeping it off—without resorting to the neurotypical ‘just meal prep’ shiz that falls apart the moment life gets hectic.
Where you can rewrite your relationship with health and fitness and finally let go of the grossly out-of-date, women’s health magazine trash we all grew up on. Like, “nothing tastes as good as skinny feels,” or don’t eat after 6pm, or the dreaded low-carb crap.
This is all BULLSHIT.
You can eat carbs. And cookies. After 6pm.
And those carbs?
Turns out they’re really important—especially when your nervous system is already running a marathon just existing in the world.
The Long Game is all about rewiring your internal compass when it comes to health and fitness and supporting you to not only learn about what works for you and how you can achieve it sustainably, for the long term—but also looking into the root cause of any disordered or unhealthy aspect and asking why.
Why do I think that?
Why do I want that?
What is my motivation?
And for the neurodivergent woman? It’s also about learning how to work with her brain instead of against it. Breaking free from the guilt of ‘failing’ at routines that were never built for her. Creating strategies that actually fit her energy levels, her focus, her needs. Honouring the way she processes the world instead of punishing herself for not fitting the neurotypical mold.
This is the place to be if your goals in 2025 include neutralising your relationship with food, feeling excited and motivated when it comes to exercise, loving the shit out of your beautiful body, and being kinder to yourself—and each other—overall.

Private in-ap community to ask questions as they come up
Use the in-ap community space to stay in touch with the other incredible members of the community, cheer each other on and ask questions as they come up (like the ones you think of when you go for a wee at 2am!) This way you’re never missing out on the info you need to take action. Plus, there’s always someone there ready to ask the question you were too afraid to ask! No need for Facebook or other social media - it’s all in the one place!
-
Coach in your pocket fitness ap with everything you need to hit your fitness goals
Inside the ap you’ll find so much more than the weekly workout program. Use the ap to track your nutrition, create daily habits that set you up for success, track measurements, weight and steps if that works for you, and keep track of your big, audacious goals.
The investment price is $65.00 AUD/ week. This is less than what it could cost for 1 x PT session in the gym.
And instead you get a full program, a connected community and 24/7 access to support

So, why are we in it for the long game?
Before the spicy flu hit, I was working as a full time PT in a gym. It would break my heart that week in, week out - women came in looking for the quick fix.
To lose 5kg for an event in 2 weeks.
To get bikini ready for summer.
To look good for someone else.
Hardly ever for themselves and never with the long game in mind.
They would get results, sure. However when life happened and they inevitably fell off the very rickety, unsustainable, diet and exercise wagon, so to speak, things went back to the way they were and I watched this endless merri-go-round for nearly 3 years.
It wasn’t even the falling off that got me, but the sadness and disappointment they spoke of, as if they had done the unspeakable. The shame they felt reflected this unreasonable expectation that we should be perfect, or strive for perfection and anything less than that made us not enough.
However, when we focus on quick fix results and try to change ourselves to fit a new routine, we limit ourselves to blue sky thinking. The kind of thinking that only plans for when everything going right.
I don’t know about you, but toddlers, crazy family dynamics, ADHD brains, autistic sensitivities, work, life, relationships, past experiences, triggers, that thing your dad said to you in 2003 - all that crap etc, doesn't just go away because you decided to get fit and healthy, right?
The blue sky thinking leaves us vulnerable to a rainy day and on rainy days we throw it all in the bin.
Not to mention that for most women, mother’s and neurodivergent folk I know - the days of pushing ourselves beyond our limit and expecting perfection are over.
We know that leads to burn out and babe, that’s so 2021.
When you join The Long Game, you’re joining a program to redesign your fitness for your life - not the other way around. That’s not to say that you don’t see results early on, we ain’t waiting around here!
We absolutely do. There is no way you can start to implement positive changes and not feel it, see it, show it. The glow up is unmissable.
Liv, 25
Since starting TLG it’s been insanely easy to change my perspective on going to the gym or regularly working out. It’s nothing to do with motivation and more to do with ticking boxes like normal life work - but this always feels good afterwards!
Now I’m considerably more aware of the choices I make than I was, around food and drink and sleep. A lot more personal accountability because everything I choose will impact the work I’m doing at the gym. It feels so much more intentional than the way I was stumbling through life before. I know the physical/cosmetic gains will come later, for now I’m loving the new habitual nature of gym time and the new found awareness & control of my choices all around
The results we strive for look like
-
Neutralising your emotional response to the scales
Feel confident in knowing that weight loss and weight gain are a small reflection of the journey and have nothing to do with your worth as a human and (really believe it)
-
Enjoying the foods you love whilst maintaining a healthy weight range
Learn how to incorporate the foods you LOVE to eat and dismantle any ‘good’ or ‘bad’ food parallels that lead to shame and disordered eating. As one of our members sdescribed it - we’re eating for ‘joy.’
-
Learning to love exercise and crave movement
Feel at home in the gym and find joy in exercising. Become a pro at tracking your progress as you grow stronger, fitter, faster and more resilient. Let go of the all or nothing mentality and uncover what works for you in the long term.
-
Increasing your confidence and carrying head high everywhere you go
Whether it’s a post work out endorphin high, the fact that you feel strong and sexy or simply just the feeling of pride in doing something for you - glow with confidence from the inside out.
-
Becoming your own best friend by doing what you say you're going to do
A woman who trusts herself, loves herself and backs herself in everything she does. Develop your own sense of self trust, discipline and personal sense of integrity through being supported to do what you say you’ll do and in that become unstoppable.
-
Looking hot AF and feeling really good about it
I would be lying if I said that no part of this program is about how we look. If that means losing body fat - let’s do it safely and with an evidence based approach. THIS space is about determining what it means for you to look your best, and no one else. Be your bad ass self and fucking love it.

Rachael Rose,
“When I started working with Bec I was 4 years postpartum after second child and carrying 20kg extra weight from the stress of pandemic, I was struggling to play with the kids for extended periods and felt fatigued and depressed. It was time to make a change.
It’s been 6 months without binge eating. I have lost 16kg and feel more neutral around food. My physical and mental health hugely improved, so has my confidence in myself. I’m not feeling out of control with food anymore, I’ve got increased energy and vitality. Bec is straight talking but full of empathy and understanding. The path I’m on feels sustainable because I’m not racing to the finish line. There is no finish line!
I want these healthy habits forever.”
This is for you if you’re a woman who…
has hit her ‘fuck it’ things need to change moment in her relationship with health and fitness
leads a busy life as a mother or has other care duties and needs practical solutions for making it work in amongst the chaos
is either diagnosed or self identified as neurodivergent (or maybe just highly suspects so)
can be self motivated and understands the need to take personal responsibility for your own results (there’s no hand holding here)
has some fitness or exercise experience but needs support around what to do to create the specific results you’re after
is ready to prioritise themselves for at least 12 weeks without letting other things take too much focus
is tech savvy and feels confident navigating a new smart phone ap to access and track workouts
This is not for you if you’re a woman who…
is prone to making excuses as to why things can’t work and isn’t able to have a solutions based perspective
are in a season of life that simply does not allow for you to be a central feature in your life (early postpartum, for example)
have significant health issues or injuries that require a more individualised program
have zero fitness experience or never set foot inside a gym (message me and I can give you some first steps)
is waiting for someone to make them stick to a program, hold their hand or force them to take action towards their goals
doesn’t understand that the program only works so long as you do the work. I can be there to help you but I can’t do it for you.
is looking for a quick fix, fast fat loss, unhealthy suggestions or unsustainable diet plans or meal plans. That’s just not what we do.

Joining the Long Game means you will be held to a higher standard
We will meet you where you are at, in life, give you the resources you need to create powerful change and all the way along we will hold the vision for you until you’re ready to step into it.
If we’ve not met -
Hi! I’m Bec
I’m your friendly neighbourhood neurodivergent mum. With a background in social work, a passion for health and fitness (plus cert III & IV Fitness) and a fiery feminist heart, I clawed my way back from the depths of an eating disorder, more than 6 years ago.
Whilst living as an undiagnosed autistic woman, I journeyed through the heartache of losing 2 of my best friends to suicide, the trauma of a sexual assault, multiple personal breakdowns and crisis to find myself 2 years postpartum at 103kg.
I had been out of the fitness industry for a few years but this was my ‘fuck it’ things have got to change moment. Despite having a dicey relationship with weight loss and a fear of falling back into the disorder I slowly and carefully navigated my way through a 30kg fat loss and in that, discovered what it meant to live the Long Game.
Now I’m an advocate for taking things slow, making things disgustingly easy and going 60%… 100% of the time as a means to sustainable success. I continue to integrate my new autistic understandings and live the mum/ entrepreneur/ fit life juggle.
My favourite thing is to support women to find a unyielding love for themselves, for their bodies and what they’re truly capable of - that they never dreamed was possible.
FAQs
-
My background was originally as a social worker. I have a double degree in arts (sociology) and Social Work. After 5 years in the industry (plus a heap of trauma and living as an undiagnosed autistic woman) I burnt out - hard. Spurred on by my chronic eating disorder, I enrolled in fitness qualifications (I have Cert III & IV Fitness) because I thought it would teach me how to be skinny. Instead - it taught me to heal my relationship with food and exercise and drove a passion to support others to do the same. On top of these qualifications I’ve studied space holding, circle facilitation and have a NLP Master Practitioner Certificate. I’m, a 2nd Dan Black Belt and love Crossfit, Olympic Weight Lifting, Weight Training, Boxing and anything to do with martial arts.

This program is going to require a gym membership or access to an extensive set up. The programming will involve some machines, as well as dumbbells, kettle bells and other gym equipment.
Having options that allow for body weight exercises was a consideration, however given that many of the women I work with are time poor, it makes more sense to work smarter - not harder - and prioritise programming that was highly specialised.

Ok, so imagine you’ve enrolled (YAY for you!) and the new year rolls around. It’s a week before we commence and you open up your phone to find an email welcoming you to the program, inviting you to download the workout ap.
You jump in and sign the contract, download the ap (marvelling at how easy it is to navigate) and head over to the community group to introduce yourself.
You check out the onboardingvideos, everything's been made so simple and you pop the first call in your calendar.
In week 1 you get through a couple of workouts (maybe you’re a bit nervous but that’s ok too) and on the call, you realise that you recognise a few faces. The flow of conversation puts you at ease.
You sit down to watch the tutorial on creating your own nutritional strategy and get started on a shopping list for the next week.
You’ve already been checking out the recipes in the recipe books and they look amaze!
A few questions pop into your head and you drop them into the community forum. Not only do you get a speedy response but other women are telling you that they know exactly what you’re talking about because they’ve been there too.
Week after week you’re feeling stronger, more aligned and more powerful when it comes to making decisions for your health and fitness. You’re sleeping better and you feel more confident and more relaxed when it comes to making choices about food.
-
This is where the forum comes in handy. Submit your questions or a video to the forum and I will jump online and give you my advice. Whilst it may seem a bit vulnerable - this is an opportunity for everyone to learn.
-
Whilst there is no specific 1:1 time (unless we arrange that privately) I am heavily involved in supporting you from the get go! I am right there with you. We have our community forum where you can tag me in your questions, as well as our weekly calls. You’re also welcome to purchase additional private calls. These are available to anyone, but discounted for the members of The Long Game.

There’s two ways I can answer this. On the one hand - only you can decide if this is a worthwhile investment for you. On the other hand, I tend to think that anything more than what you’re currently doing is worth it. Maybe with the support of the program you can find the space or the time to do more than one workout. Maybe one workout a week will change your life? Maybe it’s one workout a week, but the lessons and mindset tools you take away mean that down the track you’re able to do much more and this was the kicker. It’s not always going to be a this for that transaction. Sometimes it’s more about what you’re learning and how you implement that down the track.
-
A HUGE part of this program is supporting us to understand that life happens. This program is less about ticking things off and being ultra productive and more about learning to be resourceful, resilient and reflect on how it feels to not get it all done. How would you feel if you weren’t able to complete the program 100%? What could you take away from that? Something to think about.
-
Honestly, the main difference is that through this program you have more access to me - than you would to a traditional personal trainer. With a gym based PT, you would receive a program and face to face sessions where the focus is going through your movements. These are anywhere from $50-$150/ week and don’t allow space for discussing the plethora of other issues that can crop up and have massive implications for your progress.
When you enrol in The Long Game, you’ve got access to a platform through which to ask questions 24/7, live calls to get support around anything and everything, a video library of classes and tutorials on hot topics and a bunch of new friends who are into creating a healthier life - just like you.
-
I love this question. If it were as simple as downloading an ap on your phone and getting fit and healthy, we’d all be doing it - right? We’d all be walking around with 6 pack abs and unshakable confidence. It’s not that easy.
An ap isn’t going to message you if you miss 2 weeks in a row and check if you’re ok.
An ap isn’t going to listen to you talk about how your childhood shaped your disordered relationship with food and provide valuable insights.
An ap isn’t going to bring together a collective of other women to see you and hold you through one of the most significant transformations of your life.
And if you find a cheap ap that does all that - please - let me know!
-
Given how closely you are supported in the program, with regular check ins and the small group approach - so long as you are always open to connecting and chatting about what’s going on for you - I can support you through this. Clients who have felt this way in the past comment on how easy it was to stay on track with the program because the goal is not to be perfect. The goal is to stay connected to the process.

The Long Game is a safe, trauma informed, neuro affirming space to explore how your best life looks and moves and tastes, in real time, with experienced, loving support.
