Terms & Conditions of Participation
1. Eligibility:
This competition is open to current members of The Long Game coaching program only. You must be 18+.
2. Competition Period:
The competition runs from 12:00am AEST 4 August 2025 to 11:59pm AEST 31 August 2025. Entries posted outside this period will not be counted.
3. How to Enter:
Share content about your journey with The Long Game on Instagram (stories, grid posts, or reels)
Tag @beccameroncoach_au
Use the hashtag #initforTLG
🔒 One post per day will be counted — even if you post multiple times in a day, it counts as one entry for that day.
📆 The more days you post across the month, the more chances you have to win.
⚠️ Your Instagram must be set to public OR you must accept my follow request to see your posts.

Private content that I can't see can’t be counted.
4. Winner Selection:
The winner will be the person who shares their TLG journey on the most individual days throughout the competition period.
In the event of a tie, the winner will be randomly selected (i.e. names drawn out of a hat ). All tied entries will have an equal chance of winning.
5. Prizes:
Total prize value is $1,023.50 AUD, including:
3 x 1:1 hour coaching sessions ($750 AUD)
$150 voucher (winner’s choice of LSKD or Lorna Jane)
Protein supplement bundle from Bulk Nutrients ($123.50 AUD)
All protein products are dairy-based. No cash alternatives or substitutions.
6. Winner Notification:
The winner will be announced in The Long Game forum and contacted via DM and/or email on Monday 1 September 2025.
The Bulk Nutrients Prize pack will be mailed to the winner.
The voucher will be provided via email.
Coaching sessions will be made available through a calendly Booking link.
7. General:
This competition is in no way sponsored or endorsed by Instagram or any of the prize brands. By entering, you agree to these terms and give permission for your content to be reshared by @beccameroncoach_au for promotional purposes.
