Online group fitness community

Lifestyle Counselling

1 x $150AUD or 3 x $299AUD

This is a 90 min session to discuss what’s happening for you and how we can move forwards. This can include:

  • fitness support; looking at your workouts, mobility issues, struggling to stick to it or not seeing results

  • nutritional support; struggling with nutrition, needing ideas for meals or issues related to over/under eating or recovering ED

  • mindset support: management of limiting beliefs, yo-yo behaviour, self sabotage.

In these sessions we employ not only a social work and counselling approach, but also utilise my skills as an NLP practitioner to design sessions that allow for a powerful breakthrough.

This may be simply through talk therapy, but can also include visualisation, light hypnosis and deep process work.

2/ sessions available / week
