The Long Game Retreat
A 2-day experience of reconnection, release and radical remembering.
For neurodivergent women, mothers, and those untangling from toxic wellness culture.
Come Home to Yourself
For the woman who's been carrying too much, for too long. For the one who's tired of navigating spaces that weren’t built for her. For the neurodivergent, the burnt out, the mothers, the deep feelers and cycle-breakers who are ready to return to themselves.
This is for you.
This Retreat is for You If:
-
You're a woman who's tired of masking and wants to finally be seen
No gym? No problem. Access beginner-friendly programs that adapt to your equipment and environment. You’ll find programs for home, gym, minimal kit — and everything in between. There’s 10 min workouts all the way up to full marathon training programs.
-
You're a mum who's lost yourself in meeting everyone else's needs
There's no rush here. Follow a structured path or jump between programs — you’re in control. This is fitness that fits your life, not the other way around.
-
You’re neurodivergent or resonate with being “too much” or “too sensitive”
You’ll get access to practical, anti-diet-culture resources that help you build confidence in your food choices — and ditch the “perfect eating” pressure. There’s new resources uploaded monthly and you can choose from ebooks, podcast recommendations, video tutorials and recipe books.
-
You’re exhausted by toxic diet culture and want a new way to relate to your body
Training programs, demo videos, nutrition education, community forum, habit tracking and progress tracking all in one place. No jumping between tabs, no stress.
-
You want sisterhood, softness, strength, and space — all at once
Stay connected in a supportive space filled with like-minded people. Ask questions, share your wins, and keep the vibe high. We’re in this together - even if you’re flying solo.
-
You crave clarity on who you are and what’s next
Description goes here
Irene,
“Bec is such an effortless, generous and unconditionally supportive coach. Whenever I have felt a challenging thought or feeling come up, voicing this to Bec has allowed me to feel heard, safe and supported.
I've been able to genuinely reframe my relationship to my body, moving it, and the foods I eat, to one that is so much kinder than ever. I've learnt that needing to take each week, or even day, at a different pace is completely okay, and not just okay, but it's *perfection* to be able to ebb and flow, which remembering that each one is part of the ongoing commitment to yourself and your wellbeing.”
This is not a wellness retreat that pressures you to be "better." This is about remembering who you are, in your body, in your truth, in your wholeness.
Movement – Joyful, grounding sessions designed to meet you where you are
Mindset & Identity Workshops – We’ll challenge the patriarchal, ableist bullshit that’s shaped how you see yourself. Then we’ll rebuild, from within.
Rest & Ritual – Including voice activation, intention-setting circles, and creative reflection
Sisterhood – Space to connect deeply, or gently - no pressure, no pretending
Optional Extras – Sunrise walks, ritual, bonus integration calls.

FAQs

My background was originally as a social worker. I have a double degree in arts (sociology) and Social Work. After 5 years in the industry (plus a heap of trauma and living as an undiagnosed autistic woman) I burnt out - hard. Spurred on by my chronic eating disorder, I enrolled in fitness qualifications (I have Cert III & IV Fitness) because I thought it would teach me how to be skinny. Instead - it taught me to heal my relationship with food and exercise and drove a passion to support others to do the same. On top of these qualifications I’ve studied space holding, circle facilitation and have a NLP Master Practitioner Certificate. I’m, a 2nd Dan Black Belt and love Crossfit, Olympic Weight Lifting, Weight Training, Boxing and anything to do with martial arts.

Nope! Launchpad includes programs for home, gym, and minimal equipment. You can train wherever suits you best.
-
Absolutely. The programs are designed to support you at any starting point, with clear guidance and progressions.
-
No. Launchpad is a self-paced, group-supported space. You’re welcome to tag me in a question via the forum, but as for 1:1 time - that’s not included. If you’re looking supported check ins or personalised programming, TLG might be a better fit for you.
-
You can train as little as 2-3 times a week. It’s totally flexible and designed to fit into real-life schedules.
-
There’s two ways I can answer this. On the one hand - only you can decide if this is a worthwhile investment for you. On the other hand, I tend to think that anything more than what you’re currently doing is worth it. Maybe with the support of the Launchpad you can find the space or the time to do more than one workout? Maybe with proper programming, the one workout will be more impactful? Maybe one workout a week will change your life? Maybe it’s one workout a week, but the lessons and mindset tools you take away mean that down the track you’re able to do much more and this was the kicker. It’s not always going to be a this for that transaction. Sometimes it’s more about what you’re learning and how you implement that down the track.
-
For sure! We open once every 12 weeks and this is called the Launchpad for a reason, right? You can launch right into The Long Game!
-
Honestly, the main difference is that through this program you have more access to me - than you would to a traditional personal trainer. With a gym based PT, you would receive a program and face to face sessions where the focus is going through your movements. These are anywhere from $50-$150/ week and don’t allow space for discussing the plethora of other issues that can crop up and have massive implications for your progress.
When you enrol in the Long Game Launchpad, you’ve got access to a platform through which to ask questions 24/7 and get support around anything and everything, a video library of classes and tutorials on hot topics and a bunch of new friends who are into creating a healthier life - just like you.
-
There’s a 4-week minimum term. After that, you can cancel any time with no penalties.
-
You’ll get a link to download the app after signing up. From there, you can explore programs, resources, and community chat — all in one place.
